As a part of the Individual and Household membership levels, Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center members receive a 10% discount on total purchases online and on-site! To receive your discount code for online purchases, please email or call 716-300-8477.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused. Returns should be sent to:

If an item is defective or has been damaged in transit, please us email to submit your return request.
All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original transaction within 30 days. For purchases made in store, please keep your receipt.
All sales or clearance merchandise is considered final sale. No exchanges, refunds or replacements are offered on these items.
Tax is added to orders shipped within New York State at the rate of 8.75%. (Tax rate of 4.75% is applied to apparel orders under $110). Orders outside of New York will be calculated based from your billing address.
Shipping charges are added to all orders automatically in the shopping cart. All shipping costs are based off product and shipping address.
Order Pick Up
Order Pick Up is through appointment only. Once an order is place we will reach out to set a time to pick up your order. Please be advised that while the Heritage Center remains closed to the public, online orders for pick up are available during the weekday between 10am -5pm.
