Heritage Center Store Info

 Inventory is derived from our live gift shop and discrepancies with our online giftshop inventories many occur. Please also note that at this time not all products in the museum store are available online. In the future we hope to add more.

Membership Discount

As a part of the Individual and Household membership levels,  Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center members receive a 10% discount on total purchases online and on-site! To receive your discount code for online purchases, please email or call 716-300-8477.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused. Returns should be sent to:

Refunds

All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original transaction within 30 days. For purchases made in store, please keep your receipt.

Sale Merchandise

All sales or clearance merchandise is considered final sale. No exchanges, refunds or replacements are offered on these items. 

Sales Tax

Tax is added to orders shipped within New York State at the rate of 8.75%. (Tax rate of 4.75% is applied to apparel orders under $110). Orders outside of New York will be calculated based from your billing address.

Shipping

Shipping charges are added to all orders automatically in the shopping cart. All shipping costs are based off USPS flat rate. International orders cannot be processed. 

Order Pick Up

Once an order is placed a notification will be sent to you to pick it up. Please arrive within our daily operating hours listed on our website.
